DNA, Crime Scenes and Cold Cases

Location: Henry C. Lee Institute of Forensic Science at the University of New Haven, Gehring Hall, Room 103
Instructor: Instructors are from the staff of the Henry C. Lee Institute of Forensic Science and University of New Haven.

This two day course will cover the use of DNA found at crime scenes as valuable evidence to be used in solving crimes. DNA evidence and its value to cold case investigations will be covered as well. New technology that is available for collecting DNA evidence will be presented to the students.

This course is open to law enforcement, forensic science, attorneys, and others with a special interest. The tuition includes class materials.
